LondonFix Homes was founded by two experienced tradesmen who got tired of seeing renovations let down by poor coordination. Between them, Artur and Sergiu cover the building, plumbing, heating, design and project management that most jobs need, so your project is run by people who actually do the work.

Our Story

Built on the tools, run with care.

We started LondonFix Homes because we believe a renovation should be straightforward: one team that takes responsibility from the first visit to the final handover, with no finger-pointing between trades when something needs sorting.

Both of us still work hands-on, and we bring in trusted, certified trades for the rest. That means every project has a clear point of contact, honest pricing and a standard of finish we're happy to put our name to.

Artur Fjerce

In the building trade since 2004

Artur has worked in construction for two decades, with deep hands-on experience in plumbing and structural works. From first-fix pipework to load-bearing alterations, he understands how a building actually goes together, which makes for renovations that are sound as well as beautiful.

He also leads on interior design, helping clients shape layouts, materials and finishes that work in real life, not just on paper. It's a rare combination: someone who can both design a space and build it.

Sergiu Baila

In the building trade since 2009

Sergiu specialises in heating and is the driving force behind how our projects are run. With a strong focus on project management and compliance, he keeps jobs on schedule, on budget and to the right regulatory standard from start to finish.

His background in heating and building regulations means the technical details that often get overlooked, the parts that keep a home safe, warm and signed off correctly, are handled properly on every project.
